Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coredraw.

4. Can you design one specially?
Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

5. What included in products?
It is included inflatable games, blower, kit bag(including the same colors material, glue),ground sheet.

6. What kind of guarantee you give?
Our inflatable games can be used more than 3 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.

7. Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?
Our blowers have passed the certificate of CE,UL.

9. How do I order?
1. You can order in our website. a. Choose your interested goods, write down the model number; b. sent us an email with the items you interested and informations you want to know; c. We will reply email within one work days,and then make a proforma invoice, . d.you wire us deposit by T/T or western union . e.we arrange produce and sent you the finished items picture. f. wire us the balance money. g.we arrange the balnace money. 2. If special design, please email us for price and order information without hesitation.

10.How do I pay?
Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank or western union.

11.How do you start the order?
We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 45% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment. PS:If the order is urgent, you’d better pay 100% in advance.

12.Producing time?
Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 6-15 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

13.Shipping?
Can be delivery by express by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air / by express is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days. The shipping costs may be about USD200.00 for 1pcs of games. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than USD200.00. Air charge is different for different country.
